Decorating your Patio without Breaking the Bank

Most of us redecorate our homes every now and again.  Maybe not a full remodel; but new paint, updated decorator items – a mini-facelift.  Because we are inside of our homes so much of the time, this is a natural step taken throughout the time we own or rent.  However, sometimes people forget to update their patio until one day they walk outside and are overtaken by the sight of spider webs and dusty tabletops.
